This role involves managing day-to-day production and fulfillment activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and with exceptional quality. - Production and Fulfillment Management:
- Manage daily operations for construction teams, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations and fulfillment, including scheduling construction projects for siding, stucco, and masonry installations and repairs.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise project managers, foremen, employees, and installers, ensuring effective training and development.
- Foster a positive, growth-oriented work culture through clear leadership and support.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Oversee safety compliance and assist with implementing processes, permits, and HOA requirements in collaboration with project management and estimator teams.
- Project Documentation and Oversight:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping for all active projects.
- Ensure that all projects align with company goals and stay on track to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.
- Monitor budgets and conduct pre-construction meetings to align teams and set clear objectives.
- Utilize project management software to streamline operations and coordinate tasks across multiple teams, including project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Additional Expertise:
- Possess advanced knowledge of construction, weatherproofing, water intrusion, exterior envelopes, and best construction practices.
- Background in siding, stucco, or masonry is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification and safety training are a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in construction operations or project management with a proven track record in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Proficient in construction software such as Procore, STACK, or similar tools.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Expertise in weatherproofing, water intrusion, and exterior finishes (siding, stucco, masonry).
- Leadership and Problem-Solving:
- Skilled in team leadership, training, and motivating staff to achieve goals.
- Strong problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Additional:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
