Drive your career forward with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as an operations manager and discover your opportunities for growth!WHAT WE OFFER* Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00/HR* Monthly bonuses* Career advancement opportunitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO* Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew* Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory* Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation* Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines* Serve as the on-call contact outside of normal business hours for movers remaining out in the field* Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution processWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR* High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred* Driver's license with good driving record* Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills* Effective communication skills* Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values* Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 100 lbs. or more* Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening* Work Week - 7:00am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Friday; 7:00am - 11:30am SaturdayWork is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards, however, occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds may be necessary.
