• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all business activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective resource management.
• Team Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, including performance evaluations and managing personnel changes.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to enhance operational processes and increase efficiency across the board.
• Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.
• Brand Enhancement: Contribute to the positive image and reputation of the organization within the industry.
• Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies that promote the company's growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the glass industry is highly preferred.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes including finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
• Leadership: Proven experience in staff management with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
