The Senior Creative Operations Manager oversees the creative development and execution of marketing strategies as the liaison between Marketing/client partners and various internal and/or external creative resources, ensuring high-quality, on-brand marketing experiences across the globe. The Senior Creative Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Global Creative Studio's workflow and resources, working closely with global brands, contract, and international marketing teams to create project plans, direct and execute project activities, and monitor and control risk. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Wrike to ensure efficient and seamless project execution, as Wrike will be the primary tool for managing all creative workflows. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Creative Operations, the Senior Creative Operations Manager will collaborate with leaders across Marketing, E-commerce, the Creative Studio, and outside vendors to proactively plan, organize, and direct creative workflow. Essential Functions Manage all creative studio project workflows using Wrike as the primary tool for creating project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives. Serve as the Wrike super user, responsible for training team members, optimizing project plans within the platform, and troubleshooting any Wrike-related issues to maximize tool efficiency. Partner with the V.P. of Creative to maintain resource planning, including outsourcing when necessary, to manage the Creative Studio team's capacity and achieve effective distribution and implementation. Manage the Creative Project Management team to prioritize projects across 16 brands, utilizing Wrike to streamline communications and project tracking. Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to ensure project prioritization and strategic direction are aligned and reflected accurately in Wrike dashboards and reports. Act as a key point of contact for Global Marketing (Contract, Retail, and Brand divisions) and the Global Creative Studio, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and assets across regions through Wrike's collaborative features. Ensure projects have required documentation such as detailed market launch plans and marketing/creative briefs uploaded and tracked within Wrike. Lead the planning and production of creative deliverables (e.g., messaging, photography, video, campaigns), partnering with creative teams and utilizing Wrike to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage creative project budgets, vendor setup, contracts, and invoicing, with Wrike serving as the platform to monitor financial aspects and approvals. Partner with clients, art directors, designers, writers, editors, and interior designers to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and create actionable project plans in Wrike. Lead process improvements by refining Wrike workflows to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness in executing creative deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in processes and tools, optimizing Wrike usage to align with global project management best practices. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must excel in the following areas: Education, Experience, and Abilities Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing or creative account management experience, with demonstrated expertise in managing multifaceted projects. Super user proficiency in Wrike, with experience in managing complex project workflows, setting up automations, reporting, and training others in Wrike. Experience leading creative projects that involve web, marketing, and/or media localization using an online tool such as Wrike. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing international projects across multiple teams and languages. Clear understanding of the needs and challenges of an in-house creative team. Ability to build and foster strong relationships, communicate effectively, and lead through influence. High degree of cultural sensitivity and experience working with teams across the globe. Preferred Qualifications Experience in creative problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure. Familiarity with various creative project management tools (Wrike, AirTable, Figma, Bynder, etc.). Prior experience in continuous improvement and process management. Agency experience is a plus.
