THE ROLE

  • Reports to and collaborates with the Store Director to uphold the highest operational standards at the flagship location
  • Leads the operations team, fostering strong collaboration between retail and corporate staff, and representing the store in leadership meetings, calls, and company-wide communications
  • Manages shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely merchandise transfers, following procedural guidelines for store-to-store and international transfers, press pulls, RTVs, damages, and inventory discrepancies
  • Ensures optimal organization and maintenance of back-of-house spaces to support efficient merchandise flow
  • Supervises the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to all policies for transfers, consignments, consolidations, damages, and returns, while maintaining accurate record-keeping and documentation
  • Oversees daily Ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment, system updates, and efficient shipping to customers
  • Partners with the Store Director to manage and schedule operational teams and vendors, ensuring proper training, coaching, and monitoring of timekeeping records for vacation, time, and attendance
  • Accountable for achieving operational KPIs, minimizing inventory shrinkage, and ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations
  • Directs and schedules monthly cycle counts for merchandise and oversees two full inventories annually
  • Ensures the store is locked and secured, adhering to all opening, closing, and security procedures
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on SOPs, systems, and tools, providing training and guidance to team members to enhance performance and skill development

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 2-3 years of experience in fashion operations, inventory management, and team leadership
  • Strategic thinker with a big-picture mindset, capable of generating new ideas, prioritizing business needs, and developing creative solutions to solve problems
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to leverage data to enhance operational efficiency
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven professional with a passion for continuous process improvement
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and implement change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new and emerging technologies

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $70,000 - $85,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
