• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent?
• Eight years of business experience - preferably in a logistics or industrial environment?
• Experience leading teams of 100+ hourly employees and 4+ exempt managers?
• Ability to create mechanisms to capture cost, quality and productivity performance and ensure a safe working environment.?
• Experienced with data analytics and metrics reporting.?
• Able to work on nights and weekends.?
• Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time.?

• 3+ years experience managing and developing hourly employees and leads
• 3+ years experience pulling data and refining data to translate into insights and actions
• Ability to create mechanisms to capture quality and productivity performance and ensure a safe working environment
• Able to work on nights and weekends

• Experience in building and maintaining customer feedback mechanism(s)?

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in inbound and/or outbound logistics
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience working in a sortation center or manufacturing environment
  • Well-versed in multi-shift planning
  • Trained in operational safety best practices
