In this upcoming role you will get to influence operations at the Muscatatuck Cyber Range Complex. This is a full-time role located in Butlerville, IN. Interviewing now for work anticipated upon award in Oct-Nov 2024.In this role you will:
  • Assist the Program Manager in overall management of the Program and serve as back up if required. Plan, direct, supervise, and control all business, technical, fiscal, administrative, and marketing and business development functions of the office.
  • Plan and define strategic and financial goals, determine the resources required to achieve them, and direct the effort to acquire and retain those resources.
  • Participate in the development of marketing strategies and in the preparation and review of major proposals and lump sum bids. Monitor all financial information and reports.
QualificationsClearance Required:
  • Active/current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
  • 2+ years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.5+ years of experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing of major projects with broad technical requirements including IT, OT, and telecommunication/RF systems utilizing PMI principles.
  • IAT II certification - CCNA-Security or CySA+ or GICSP or GSEC or Security+ CE or CND or SSCP
  • Able to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. The Contractor shall possess knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
