• Lead plant strategic planning & development
• Provide leadership, coaching and talent management
• Drive culture of safety, financial and technical accountability

• Develop budget focusing on core KPIs, full P&L responsibility

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or business discipline
• Minimum 5x years experience in management setting
• Management experience in Automotive manufacturing REQUIRED
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking
