Summary/ObjectiveReporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the objective of the Operations Manager is to ensure staff has the tools they need to complete their job efficiently. The Operations Manager will work with officers to implement policies for all of Housing Assistance Corporation.Essential Functions
- Work closely with management to create and implement companywide policies
- Familiarize self with software programs throughout the company to train and problem solve for staff
- Track and review client complaints
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Analyze and improve standard operating procedures for various departments
- Work closely with the IT department and manage communication between IT and staff
- Research, implement and train staff on new technologies and software
- Manage relationships with key vendors
- Complete special projects as assigned by officers and directors
- Analyze client tracking throughout various departments and create usable reports, create and maintain agency dashboard.

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Strong computer proficiency of various software systems
- High level of knowledge of all Microsoft 365 programs including Excel and SharePoint
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, project management or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of recent overall project management experience

- This role is paid on salaried
- Typically, full-time salaried employees work 35 hours during a [Monday through Friday or Sunday through Saturday] However, this is a salaried position. Therefore, the individual is expected to work as required to complete the duties of the position. This may mean hours beyond 35 per week are required.
