Operations Manager - FPC National : Job Details

The Operations Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities of the site. This position will provide a high level of leadership for employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development.Reports to a Plant Manager that sits at another site!Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years in leadership
• Lean training and practical application
• US Citizen or green card holder

Compensation:

• $90-120k base, 10% bonus (dependent on location)
• 401k match, BCBS insurance, and tuition reimbursement
• lump sum relocation available
