Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, enhance client experiences, and support business growth.
• Establish and document processes and procedures to create a strong operational foundation across departments.
• Collaborate with onboarding teams to identify and address operational gaps during the integration process.
• Lead efforts to improve office operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with client-facing teams to strengthen key client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to drive productivity and effectiveness.

Profile

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, etc

- 8+ years of finance experience

- 5+ years of management experience

- Experience in client facing positions or improving client facing procedures

- Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives to enhance and reduce costs

- Experience Managing teams and procedures in high regulated businesses
