Loyal Source is looking for skilled Operations Managers to work remotely based out of Denver, CO for our corporate office in Orlando, FL.
The Operations Manager - Capacity is responsible for overseeing and managing one of five specific categories: GENMED Travel Examiners, GENMED Travel Examiners and Travel Audiologists, remote psychologists and medical assistants, Ophthalmology/Optometry and Dental Travelers, or coordination of all Priority Cases. This role involves balancing clinic examiner levels, managing scheduling and logistics, and ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of medical disability examinations.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
1. General Management of GENMED Travel Examiners
a. Manage 12-15 Mid-Level GENMED Travel Examiners.
b. Align functions to balance clinic examiner levels.
c. Supplement clinic staff to mitigate turnover.
d. Provide surge support to areas of need.
e. Follow CM SOPs for DBQ backlogs and scorecard reviews.
f. Focus on individual DBQ-level completion.
g. Liaise with recruitment, area managers, clinic managers, and case management.
h. Track LSGS term process early.
i. Utilize ARCGis mapping tools and CM Dashboard.
2. GENMED Travel Examiners and Travel Audiologists
a. Manage 8-10 Mid-Level GENMED Travel Examiners and 4-5 Travel Audiologists.
b. Provide surge support to areas of need and follow CM SOPs.
c. Handle Temp Space locations: identification, negotiation, and coordination.
d. Utilize ARCGis tools for surplus cases out of clinic range.
e. Coordinate VA-directed Claims Clinic events.
f. Monitor CM Dashboard for assigned examiners.
3. Remote Psychologists and Medical Assistants
a. Manage remote psychologists performing telehealth examinations and 3-4 medical assistants.
b. Follow CM SOPs and focus on individual DBQ-level completion.
c. Liaise with recruitment, area managers, clinic managers, and case management.
d. Track LSGS term process early.
e. Utilize ARCGis tools and CM Dashboard.
4. Ophthalmology/Optometry and Dental Travelers
a. Manage Ophthalmology/Optometry and Dental Travelers and 3-4 TBI Examiners.
b. Coordinate with partners, provider liaisons, and LSGS travelers for scheduling and logistics.
c. Manage Telehealth and in-person exams.
d. Utilize ARCGis mapping tools and CM Dashboard to track completions.
e. Work with case management to build schedules that coincide with examiner travel plans.
5. Priority Cases
a. Own coordination of cases involving Terminally Ill, 85 and Older, Homebound, Homeless, Incarcerated, and Remand.
b. Oversee diagnostic network relationships.
c. Manage examiner inquiry process and conduct aging-case deep-dives.
d. Address and correct network provider performance and compliance issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• BA/BS in a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare staffing, office management, or a similar healthcare management environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Proven success in working in a team environment.
Pay: $60,000/year
