The focus of the role is to provide day to day outstanding cleaning and maintenance service to our customers.

Salary: $90,000
Responsibilities
Monitors project budgets financial commitments and expendituresPerforms constructability and biddability reviewsCommunicates project status to Director and othersParticipate in required four monthly project review meetingsManages and coordinates sub consultant participation on projectsLeads the day-to-day activities of the facility services department including managing soft services: security building access, control cleaning, key management, landlord tenant relations, waste management, and pest controlEnables development and implementation of company best practices for facility servicesCoordinate contract personnel through completion of assignmentsManages independently assigned projects through completionEnsures projects and routine work are executed safely and efficiently in accordance with all applicable codesEnsures that facilities meet EH&S requirements and comply with legal requirementsDevelop solutions to problems of moderate complexity which require high degree of ingenuity creativity and innovativenessProfessional Qualifications & Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications.Proven leadership ability to carry out difficult decisions in a logical rational manner and demonstrated ability to work as a senior management team member to engage and influence team members in the matrix environmentIndependent decision-making capability and ability to think conceptually and understand impact of decisionMust have good interpersonal and communication skillsGood standard of oral and written EnglishAttention to detailTravel
Valid driver's license requiredDrive company vehicle an average of 50 miles a day to travel from site to site for daily/weekly/monthly visits to customer/site locations.Expected to adhere to the company's driver policies and procedures.Physical Requirements
