- Customer Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while optimizing daily switching activities.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven Expertise: 3-5 years of train handling experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of transportation rules, OSHA, AAR, FRA, DOT, and company safety policies.
- Operational Savvy: Strong grasp of manpower and equipment capabilities.
- Team Builder: Ability to foster teamwork and collaborate across all levels.
- Effective Communicator: Engage effectively with workforce, sub-contractors, and both internal and external customers.
- Training Compliance: Identify, schedule, and ensure appropriate training for employees.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Customer Service Champion: Strong focus on client satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
- Dynamic Mobility: Frequent travel to various switching operations and customer locations.
- Tech-Friendly: Ability to use computer, telephone, and mobile radio media.

- Versatile Work Environment: Range from outside job-site conditions around moving locomotives, railcars, and vehicles, to indoor office settings.
