Job Description Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Account Transfers Department located in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support and world class customer service to our broker dealer clients. You will provide the clients and financial professionals of Cetera Investment Services operational support in transferring investment assets in and out of Cetera Investment Services brokerage accounts. What you will do:

• Learn about our business and develop expertise in BD operations, processing and service as a steppingstone for acquiring additional responsibilities.
• You will partner with your manager to understand all position requirements and ensure key metrics are achieved.
• Process daily transitions while meeting process requirements, SLA's and achieving quality metrics.
• You will partner with other team members to ensure financial professionals experience consistent, high-quality customer service.
• You will proactively work to identify and resolve potential problems with respect to operational issues.
• Respond to inquiries from internal as well as external customers via email, fax, and phone in a timely fashion.

• You will build relationships across multiple functions and act as a liaison between customers/financial professionals and institutions, including banks, credit unions and clearing firms.
• You will perform detailed research as requested on customer accounts and respond on time.
• Provide phone support for department.
• Comply with processes and procedures of the team and regulatory requirements.

What you need to have:

• High School Diploma required
• 1+ years of operations/ office experience
• 1+ years of financial experience preferred
• Project experience helpful
