Currently, we are looking for an experienced professional to join Deposit Services team as: Operations Professional This opportunity may be perfect for you if you have experience in:> Banking rules and regulations pertaining to deposits and loans > Detail oriented and excellent at analyzing and solving problems > Working collaboratively with deposit and loan operations to provide support About this position: Responsible for assisting management team with coordinating operations projects including testing, implementation, implementation strategies, documentation, reporting, training, and procedures to meet goals and objectives. This position is in-office and works out of our headquarters in Glens Falls, New York. Responsibilities > Build, maintain and manage workflows. > Assist with utilization, implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. > Assist management with projects, processes, audits and internal controls. > Provide training and create procedures for internal user departments on new products and services. > Provide consistent, outstanding customer service anticipating and reacting to internal /external customers needs. > Assist with supporting applications within operations and coverage on the day to day operations as needed; work with vendors, troubleshooting and ticket resolutions. > Research, prepare and create management reports. > Formulate and implement strategies and processes to increase efficiencies throughout operations. > Coordinate data for current and future projects. > Stay up to date on applicable laws/regulations; ensure compliance with laws/regulations as well a company policies and procedures. What you will need to thrive in this role: In addition to your work and life experiences, as well as your passion and excitement for the profession, you would benefit from having: Education/Certifications: > Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required > 4 years of experience in banking preferred Skills/Knowledge: > Proficient in Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint > Solid knowledge of financial products and services > Skilled in identifying, analyzing and providing resolutions to problems > Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to effectively complete projects, manage workflows, and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a strict adherence to deadlines > Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team > Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, vendors and management Physical Demands > Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time. > Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard. > Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs. The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education.
