Operations Project Manager - Akkodis : Job Details

Akkodis is seeking an Operations Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Chandler, AZ (Hybrid). The ideal candidate responsibilities include managing complex regional programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing Microsoft Excel to track progress and report risks. Rate Range: $40/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Operations Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage regional projects, drive key milestones and ensuring successful execution across teams.
• Oversee processes, workflows, and training programs to ensure consistent adoption of best practices across district teams.
• Align regional efforts with national business priorities, ensuring consistency in execution and reporting.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track project progress, risks, and milestones, including creating pivot tables and applying advanced formulas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, permitting, construction, finance, and supply chain, to achieve strategic goals.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, managing multiple conversations and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress, highlight risks, and demonstrate results.
• Present updates and actionable insights to leadership with clarity and confidence.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with measurable results in operational objectives.
• Prior experience managing projects in the telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and functions, with familiarity in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
