    • Manage reporting and support month and year-end closing

  • Data, Dashboard & Reporting Management:
    • Create and run reports to update company dashboards to reflect the latest metrics and KPIs.
    • Organize, clean, and maintain data to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Update company dashboards weekly with the latest KPIs and metrics, ensuring all reports are accurate and visually clear.
    • Verify downstream data. Collaborate with leadership to ensure data is presented clearly and effectively.
    • Provide timely alerts for anomalies or deviations from key metrics.
    Sales & Marketing Support
    • Input and update contact and opportunity information in the company CRM database with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Create proposals using company templates
    • Provide sales support to track and manage prospects and clients
    • Manage direct mail marketing campaigns
    • Support association sponsorships, tradeshows, etc
    Operational Support
    • Act as company Lead for 'Paved Assets Operating System' Align software platform, monitor Company Priorities, ensuring critical metrics are tracked and performance issues are addressed
    • Support the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Financial projects as needed: such as support bookkeeper and accountant by recording financial transactions; A/R tracking and follow-up
    • Document and maintain company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
    • Help create training materials - online, print, and video
    • Track and manage inventory
    • HR - applicant vetting, screening as needed, help identify tasks to outsource
    Communications and Collaboration
    • Assist in preparing agendas and materials for weekly management meetings, ensuring all items are ready in advance; record and distribute meeting notes and follow up on assigned to-dos within deadlines
    • Coordinate daily huddles
    • Work closely with department leads to gather updates, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure accountability.
    • Support cross-functional communication to ensure all teams stay aligned with company objectives.
