Apply TODAY for immediate consideration! _ *Key Accountabilities*_ * Assist field in locating Company facilities using maps and/or sketches, whether electronically transmitted or provided in hard copy. * Tracks and maintains inventory; orders supplies for department and company. * Logs, updates, processes, obtains, and closes out such things as (but not limited to) invoices, work orders, purchase orders, permits and service applications. * Maintains various records, files and spreadsheets for department. Inputs/compiles data and provides reports on such things as (but not limited to) budget, vendor data, departmental expenses, environmental reportings, equipment test results, departmental progress and departmental key performance indicators (KPI), using company software programs and data bases. * Communicates with colleagues, customers, clients and vendors verbally as well as through correspondence, email and telephone to include, but not limited to, Leak Letters, One Call for mark outs and agreements for Developer Services, and schedules appointments. * Performs mail and other clerical duties as assigned. * Supports accounting in various functions, including but not limited to, processing time sheets, various payment types, researching and reconciling invoice issues, check processing, disbursements for petty cash, etc. * Other responsibilities as assigned. _ *Knowledge/Skills*_ * Able to speak, read, write and understand the English language. * Strong communications skills. * Computer literate; excellent typing skills. * Mathematically adept. * Customer Service focused.
