**Job Description:**
Partnering with the physician leader, is responsible for the effective operations of assigned areas. Will identify, initiate and organize opportunities to improve service and quality. Responsible for effective fiscal management, including planning and budgeting. Translates institutional vision and strategic plan to meaningful and effective operational goals and objectives. Provides process and policy oversight. Acts as a generator, facilitator and champion of new ideas. Assists physicians and staff in developing leadership and managerial skills. Develops and maintains knowledge of external issues and market trends, including reimbursement and legislative changes and alternate delivery models.
Incumbent will be expected to rotate through a variety of assignments every 3-6 years.
Work Experience:
10 years of applicable experience.
5 year's of formal leadership experience.
Demonstrated competencies in leadership, management, operations and communications.
Operational experience must include demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines (i.e., physician, administrative, supervisor, shared services and staff).
**Education Qualifications:**
Master's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field.
