* Estimated hourly rate: $32.31 (minimum) - $40.38 (midpoint) - $48.46 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Operations Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Operations Specialist 2 reports to Operations or Technical Leadership. The position supports production from a technical & logistics standpoint and has a solid understanding of the product being produced in the area. The position solves difficult manufacturing problems and creates, reviews, and maintains valid plans of material and/or capacity in order to meet customer demand.
What You Will Be Doing
* Writes and releases new work instructions and other manufacturing documentation. Revises existing work instructions and other manufacturing documentation.
* Recommends and implements revisions of methods of operation or material handling, alterations in equipment layout or other changes to increase production or improve standards
* Dispositions standard nonconformance's (i.e. QNs/NCRs/ATRs)
* Plans, schedules, releases and manages work orders as required
* Works with internal and external suppliers to resolve material issues (shortages, emergency customer demands, etc.)
* Participates in cross-functional team projects and initiatives
* Maintains rework processes for manufacturing
* Manufacturing & Assembly Specific Functions: 1. Solid implementation of manufacturing processes and/or design/training/implementation of processes including setup/programming/training for tooling, fixturing, assembly equipment, and manufacturing aids and 2. Solid interpretation of specifications and participation in hardware disposition
What We Are Looking For
* US - associate's degree 2 year technical degree or international equivalent preferred.
* US - High School Diploma or international equivalent. Fluency in the English Language required.
* 2-5 years' Experience as an Operations Specialist or similar external role required.
* Solid computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, SAP, WISE, PLM)
* Solid understanding of six sigma tools and lean principles
* Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
