National Airlines, based in Orlando, FL, operates passenger charter service as well as customized military and commercial air cargo carriages worldwide. Job Title: Operations Store Representative

Location: Orlando, FL

Department: Flight Administration

Reports To: Director of In-Flight/Technical Operations Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Duties Responsibilities and Authority:

• Responsible for the Stores and Stock room location for parts/materials to support operations.
• Monitors stock levels in coordination with the SOC Ground Coordinator/inflight Team.
• Ensures an adequate inventory to support National Airlines aircraft(s) are maintained.
• Responsible for overseeing the shipping, forwarding, and routing component parts to outstations.
• Responsible for routing, forwarding, and shipping component parts to vendors for required repair or overhaul(s).
• Manages storage, stocking of point of dry-good supplies; ensures accuracy of required quantities.
• Reviews inventory on aircraft and ensures the in-flight Crew will have all needed supplies including drinks, snacks, and paper products.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Inflight and Crew Management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Aviation materials and Inventory experience
• Must speak, read and write English fluently
• May be asked to travel domestically and internationally • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver License and a record that meets our Company's insurance standards
• Must be well groomed and maintain a professional appearance • Regular attendance and punctuality is required
• Must have a positive attitude • Must pass a background check which may include a pre-employment drug test, fingerprinting and criminal history records check (CHRC)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the position is located
