Job Description

Responsible for management and direction of center's operations, logistics, facilities, customer service and technical support. Manages all local operation processes in all aspects of operations to include value added services, planning and development, customer service, facility security and supervision of operations staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent leadership experience

Required Skills and Experience:

People Leadership skills,interpersonal communication, time management, conflict resolution, decision-making, problem solving, adaptability, collaboration, customer service, & supervisory experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $25 - $29 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
