- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services
- Develops procedures for office activities, such as filling, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution
- May assist in or conduct hiring and training of office staff
- May assist in or conduct performance evaluations for staff members
- Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations regarding employment, affirmative action, safety, drugs and medical waste disposal
- Supervises the employees and the work flow of the office
- Duties as assigned.
