What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership:Supervise and assign tasks to work crews managing waste collection equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Operational Oversight:Monitor daily operations, reassigning resources and adjusting staffing as needed to meet objectives.
• Safety&Compliance:Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory standards.
• Customer Relations:Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
• Employee Development:Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to help team members reach their full potential.
• Strategic Planning:Set and achieve both short-term and long-term operational goals to drive the company's success.

What We're Looking For:

• Relocation Willingness:Flexibility to relocate for career advancement based on performance.
• Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree is required.
• Licensing:Must possess or be willing to obtain a CDL.
