Bilingual (English-Spanish) Operations Supervisor in Monroe, NC.

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor of Operations to join our team in Monroe, NC. As the Supervisor of Operations, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily operations in automotive production plants. We are looking for someone with quality experience, strong leadership skills, and a focus on operational excellence. Must be BILINGUAL (Spanish-english).

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and product quality.

Manage and lead a team of operators and technicians.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality within the automotive industry.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication skills).

Previous experience in personnel management.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Resides in Louisville or side areas.
