One of our clients needs a Operations Support Specialistfor a permanent position.Position: Operations Support Specialist Location: Hybrid Position Type: Full time Work Authorization: US Citizens Responsibilities:

• Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Support new employees through the clearance process.
• Review RFP and RFQ submissions for accuracy.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with changing laws and best practices.
• Produce a wide range of documents, which may include word processing, information management, report preparation, information gathering, communication, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is highly desired.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting an Information Technology company, preferably supporting government contracts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong skills with MS Office
• A willingness to learn and an interest in personal development, as this role provides many opportunities to step in and try new things with the opportunity for professional growth.
