- Compensation: $62,000 - $72,000 base range (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Handle and process operational requests through a ticketing system.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of operational workflows and documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in compliance with company protocols.
- Adapt to new tools and systems, identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Perform routine administrative tasks with precision and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 2–3 years in an HR administrative or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
