Ensure compliance with internal and external industrial and environmental safety regulations, creating a safe environment preventing occupational hazards and diseases, ensuring the physical integrity of internal and external personnel, as well as the company's equipment and facilities, coordinating compliance with the environmental program and monitoring CTPAT processes
Job Description:
Audits: Schedule and perform internal and external audits, identify deficiencies in processes, systems or activities, through root cause analysis and investigation of incidents and/or accidents.
Training: Create training programs and deliver courses, whenever necessary.
Management of legal regulatory requirements: Integration of plans in case of emergencies, Emergency Brigades, Joint Commission on Safety and Hygiene, Civil Protection, STPS.
Policies: Develop, implement and/or communicate Safety, Hygiene and/or Environmental Policies.
Communication: Maintain necessary, effective and collaborative communication with interaction areas and stakeholders.
Validation: (Safety, Order and Cleanliness). Verification of activities of the Health and Safety Commission, safe working conditions (routine and non-routine)
Environmental Conditions and Risk Management: Risk management identification, assessment, and analysis. Investigation of accidents and incidents, determine the causes and recommendations to avoid their recurrence
Industrial Safety: Develop the documentary part of Safety, Hygiene and Work Environment, (procedures, formats, etc., in order to contribute to continuous improvement)
Reports and indicators: Monitoring and management of safety indicators and actions derived from the results, presenting accident reports.
Purchasing management: Follow up on purchases that are required for the security area
In case of absence of the supervisor, he will release the inspectors' kronos and coordinate activities of both yards.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering)
Knowledge:
Oficce Packages/ Excel, Word, PPT
OSHAS Safety and Management Systems.
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard.
Standards and regulations for safety, hygiene and occupational health, national and international law.
Laws, regulations and statutes relating to the area of industrial safety, environmental protection and occupational health.
Civil Protection, STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA (Federal, State, Municipal.
Experience: minimum 1 year
Required language: Basic English.
Availability to travel: Occasional local travel.
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday. 8 hours of work per day
