Qualifications you'll bring:
    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience in a healthcare organization (5-10 years) is also accepted.
    • Prior experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other work tracking/queueing tools.
    • Proficiency in utilizing query tools to extract or investigate data from relational databases, with a strong focus on SQL and data analysis.
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
    • Capability to manage multiple assignments with a high level of autonomy and independence.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and relational databases.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional areas.
    • Highly organized and adept at quickly diagnosing issues and potential failure points.
    • Ability to analyze and compare data files/information between systems.
    Preferred, but not required :
    • Data analysis experience, particularly with FACETS.
    • Project/Program management experience.
    • Experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
    • In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, including eligibility files, system error files, and system intake files.
  • Your key responsibilities:
    • Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring its success, efficiency and remediation of any issues.
    • Lead the open enrollment incident management process, facilitating incident triage and documenting each incident and root cause analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements across the value stream.
    • Utilize relational databases to assess customer or group impact for incidents.
    • Develop and maintain accurate process and policy documentation related to the value stream.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies for corporate and departmental projects, present recommendations post Open Enrollment for project related work and improvement efforts.
    • Prepare detailed analyses and reports for internal stakeholders, focusing on incident management and other value stream-related reporting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reconciliation reporting for various systems.
    • Ensure transparent communication across departments by comprehending and addressing business requirements.
    • Represent the department on committees and project teams.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
