Under the direction of Location Manager, oversees the operations of the unloading and loading of all bulk fertilizer. Also, scheduling, logistics, product handling and customer satisfaction. Assists in the development and implementation of plans that maximize location profitability. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provides leadership to both full-time and part-time assigned employees that are required to unload and load all bulk fertilize products. In addition to having the responsibility for the operation and the maintenance of the automated fertilize blend system. Responsible for inventory control and shipping/receiving of all bulk fertilize products. Schedules product delivery and oversees product blending. Attends all required meetings and training programs. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Operations of the dry fertilizer blender. Responsible for making sure blend system, unload system, and all other equipment is kept clean and in good operating condition.
