If you're looking for a manufacturing facility where you can build a career and have fun while you do it, we might be the team for you!What You'll Do:The Owen, WI facility utilizes five different technologies to produce ingredients for Kerry customers and brands. The Production Operator role is to make safe quality products starting with weighing of the raw ingredients to packaging and shipping out the finished product.Responsible for following all applicable quality and food safety procedures and policiesEnsure adherence to proper personal safety regulations, policies, and proceduresFollow all GMP's, personal safety, and food safety guidelines & accurately maintain company records and formsMaintain the work area and ensure equipment is in clean and orderly conditionMust be able to operate machinery and perform tasks in the production and packaging of food productsSafely operate a forkliftReport any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production SupervisorWhat You'll need to be Successful and Safe:Ability to work in different climates (cold or hot)Ability to work with cleaning chemicalsAbility to work with others and to be self-directedPossess mathematical and mechanical aptitudeAbility to problem-solve and multi-taskBasic computer skills required#J-18808-Ljbffr
