Operator I - Vineland NJ
This is an hourly level position.
The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $18.00 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The following job description is for an individual that can perform the duties of one of the following three positions:
Filler Operator
Responsibilities:
* Can safely lift up to 50lbs
* Understands and can explain the theory of operation
* Performs Metal Check/ Product Screening for foreign materials
* Metal Check Calibration Procedures, Electric Scale and it's operation
* HACCP
* Packaging Eatem Foods Products
* Product Recognition
* Completes all required paperwork
* Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
* Works as a team member
* Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Chopper Operator
Responsibilities:
* Can safely lift up to 50lbs
* Understands and can explain the theory of operation
* Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process
* Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed
* Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure
* Completes all required paperwork
* Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
* Works as a team member
* Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Flavor Technician
Responsibilities:
* Can safely lift up to 50lbs
* Understands and can explain the theory of operation
* HACCP Requirements
* Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process
* Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed
* Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure
* Completes all required paperwork
* Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.
* Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment
Job Requirements:
* Must have mechanical abilities.
* Knowledge of GMP's.
* Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.
* Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
* Exhibit regular and timely attendance
* Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
* Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
* Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude
* Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
* Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.
* Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement
Education Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands:
* Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus after completion of the first 90 working days, a $1000 retention bonus after completion of 180 working days, complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.
