What Success Looks Like: Follow batch card and JQTL instructions as writtenProperly collect, package, and clearly label raw materials, production, components, and other representative samples to be tested or retainedProperly document batch recordsCorrectly label secondary containers and finished goodsInput/Scan raw materials for batchingAlways use proper PPEProperly operate, maintain, and calibrate all equipment according to the instrument manuals and test methods so that test data is accurate and reliable.Perform changeovers and end of run cleanoutsCross train on multiple mixers in the butyl work cellWork Independently and as a teamComplete BBS Audits monthlyCommunicate with all co-workers, leads, manager in an effective/timely mannerMaintain and uphold the work area in compliance with 6S StandardsParticipate in continuous learning/training eventsAble to troubleshoot mechanical and formulation issuesFollow all Cardinal Safety Rules and policies; notify supervisor/lead of any existing or potential safety issues.Obtain/Maintain Forklift and Aerial Certification Credentials: One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh School or GED preferredWilling to work overtime including weekendsClose visual work required.
