We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Manufacturing Press Operator to join our team and contribute to our production goals.Job Description:As a Manufacturing Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press machines that produce parts and products to specified quality standards. You will ensure that all press operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established procedures.Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor press machines to produce parts and products according to technical specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials, tools, and parts required for production. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Documentation: Record production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe machine operation practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work orders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 30lbs) and stand for 9-12 hour shifts.
• Must be able to work overtime, if scheduled.
