Operator - Production/Processing/Utility - Rich Products Corporation : Job Details

Accomplish the processing or packaging of frozen food products made on the production lines at the Brunswick facility by performing certain tasks involved in directing other team members and meeting quality specifications and production needs. Contributes to the profitability of the Company by performing tasks in a safe, efficient, quality-conscious, and cost-conscious manner and by working in a cooperative manner with his/her Team Leader and co-workers. Utilities operators specifically assist the business by being cross-functionally trained to assist where needed and track necessary KPIs. This role should know every piece of equipment and be able to move to as needed. This is a 3rd Shift role Key Accountabilities and Outcomes 1.
