What you will do at Precinct One. Harris County- Commissioner Precinct One has an opportunity for an Operator II in our Right of Way and Trail Maintenance area. The selected candidate/s will offer a responsive service to Precinct One constituents by maintaining right of ways and assigned trails. You will assist team members in the prioritizing and completion of all assigned projects and proposed projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
