* Must be safety conscious and able to communicate the commitment to working safely at all times to the team

* Ensure the team is logging their base sheet appearance ratings into quality windows

* Ensure out of standard quality concerns are dealt with in a timely manner

* Follow department and site housekeeping standards

* Follow department and the site 5S principals

* Learns and operates by the Irving Values.

* Demonstrates teamwork by actively working with others towards a common goal, sharing responsibility, helping each other, and cooperating to optimize the capability of the team.

* Learns and becomes proficient in all aspects of their role and understands the impact of their role on the business.

* Pursues continuous learning and knowledge transfer in current role, position above, and training & development of new team members.

* Performs duties according to established standard operating procedures. Suggests improvement as needed.

* Uses performance measures to identify and prioritize production area losses; provides description of problems and can provide updates of process or line issues.

* Demonstrates willingness to adopt change and support the change management process.

* Shows commitment to maintaining the quality of all data interacted with.

* Notifies the appropriate parties of any data integrity issues encountered.

* Takes responsibility for the quality of data produced, entered into ICP's systems, and shared with others.

* Minimum: GED or High school Diploma

* Preferred: 3-4 Years Paper Mill experience
