Tayani Institute is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic college candidate for the position of Optician Assistant for our Oceanside office.

Our practice provides a broad array of ophthalmology, optometry, optical and plastic surgery services.

Position will primarily be based in Oceanside and must be able to commute to Orange County when needed.

Some of the Optician Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Opening daily order
• Quality check and package of order
• Enter into Optical Management (OM)
• Call patients to pick up glasses
• Return voice messages
• Pickup incoming optical calls
• Scanning/filing of docs
• Drop off orders at the UPS store
• Keep the retail area dust free & super organized & neat
• Assist opticians in any duty related to opticianry work
