Oracle APEX Developer - Assyst : Job Details

ASSYST is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain a custom APEX application, ensuring that the application meets specified business requirements and operates efficiently and securely. Role Type: Contract Role Location: Texas (Fully Remote) Responsibilities:

• Develop custom Oracle APEX applications based on business needs.
• Optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for secure, efficient data handling.
• Integrate daily system uploads for seamless data synchronization.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Extend functionality by integrating APEX plugins.
• Maintain documentation for code and application functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Expertise in Oracle APEX and proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with APEX plugin integration.
• 8+ years of experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong understanding of security protocols and data protection.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
