Oracle Cloud Solution Architect / Cutover Lead - REMOTE - CONTRACT 12+MONTHS - Kapsons LLC : Job Details

REMOTE Contract - 12+ monthsCandidates must be based in United States.The Oracle Cloud Architect & Cutover Lead will be responsible for designing Oracle Cloud solutions and managing the transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud. This dual-role position requires architectural expertise and leadership during the cutover phase to ensure successful implementations.

As the Solutions Architect, you will provide strategic analysis, design, and implementation guidance of solution design/architecture services on the development, integration, interfacing, and synchronization of a variety of Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion ERP, EPM) and Oracle Infrastructure Cloud components on both existing business needs and integration/implementation needs. The position will work closely with other technology departments and business stakeholders and emphasize shaping the development of architectural solutions.

As the Cut-Over Lead, you will be the primary point of contact to manage the cut-over process, ensuring a smooth transition from the current state to the new system and minimizing disruptions to business operations.What you will need to know

• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud architecture and solutions design.
• Proven experience leading cutover activities for large-scale cloud implementations and data migration.
• Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud tools and services.
• Experience in ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EBS).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with data migration and validation strategies
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
• Robust functional analysis, analytical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution and detailed oriented
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in large global environments spanning multiple time zones
