The American Heart Association is in search of an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to partner with Business Technology leadership and be responsible for the technical success of Oracle Cloud Applications, focusing on financial and EPM modules, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of ERP systems and developing solutions to support robust financial workflows. Our National Center office is located in Dallas, TX. (flexible work arrangements available).

Responsibilities
Work closely with the IT leadership to design and build technology solutions to achieve efficient business operation, release management, and support model.Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.Manage a team of Oracle Fusion developers, providing planning, guidance, and support.Ability to mentor, grow, and train others in Oracle Fusion applications.Manage the Oracle Fusion and EPM applications roadmap and lifecycle.Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design technical solutions.Lead and monitor the high-level design, development, definition, and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for financial solutions.Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Fusion applications including but not limited to Financials and EPM.Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion applications with other systems and platforms.Ensure the stability, performance, and security of Oracle Fusion applications through proactive monitoring and maintenance.Understand the business requirements of RICE objects, translate them to technical requirements, and lead the technical team for development of the same.Manage technical design workshops and the development of RICE objects.Prepare high-level integration design and architecture documents.Stay up to date on the latest enhancements in Oracle Cloud infrastructure and modules.Proactive technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.Develop and implement integrations with other systems and reports.Communication and stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent years of experience and training.5 years minimum (7 – 10 years preferred) of experience in ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.Proven experience managing technical teams and leading Oracle Fusion projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, data models, and integration technologies.Proficiency in Oracle Fusion development tools such as PL/SQL, OIC, FBDI, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle ADF, and Oracle BI Publisher.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred but not required.Experience with integrated technologies and systems security best practices.Familiarity with SSO, MFA, location-based security, and OCI.Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a creative and strategic mindset.Collaborative spirit with excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical topics.Strong passion for quality, great documentation, visibility, transparency, and metrics.Desire to drive organizational change with cross-functional stakeholders.Strong desire to drive improvements to process and efficiency.Willingness to advocate for new processes and tools to drive improvement.Ability to gain alignment and support for ideas, proposals, and solutions to advance goals and work objectives.Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment via understanding, empathy, and earned trust.Compensation
Expected pay range will be $105,000 - $115,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
