ORACLE EBS ANALYST DEVELOPER

Overview:

Special Metals, a PCC company, is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Analyst Developer to join our team. In this role, you will act as a Functional Analyst/Developer Lead, supporting the Oracle EBS program. You will be responsible for analysis, solutions, testing, implementation, and production support. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions using Oracle and related technologies. You will provide recommendations aligned with a shared-service model and the long-term strategic goals of our enterprise-level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and scripts; analyze and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement resolutions.
• Define and optimize effective business processes and drive organizational change.
• Design high-level custom solutions within the OAF using Forms, Reports, PL-SQL, Workflow, Interfaces, and Discoverer.
• Design and create system and database specifications.
• Develop database objects and structures for data storage, retrieval, and reporting.
• Implement and test database design, functionality, and performance tuning.
• Develop back-end database interfaces to web applications.
• Document configurations and maintain hardware and software license inventory.
• Install operating system software, patches, and upgrades.
• Perform system backups and recovery; conduct server builds.
• Translate application specifications into effective applications.
• Contribute to the improvement of IT Management control systems.
• Conduct custom application development activities in Oracle.
• Research, document, and coordinate Oracle TARS and patch applications.
• Advise on information systems, architectures, business processes, and qualitative methods.
• Maintain proficiency in systems engineering and technical aspects of system development.
• Focus on continuous improvement in all areas.
• Serve as project manager for small to mid-size projects.
• Integration/API experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Average of 3 years of prior experience.
• Ability to resolve issues and restore service following system failures and outages.
• Enforce database and security standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance to fulfill the duties of the position.

Salary:

$79,500 - $119,200- commensurate with experience
