Oracle EBS MFG consultant - Global Applications Solution : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle EBS Manufacturing module implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle Manufacturing modules, including BOM, WIP, Cost Management, and related SCM modules, to meet client-specific requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Manufacturing modules, ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations with other Oracle and non-Oracle systems.
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, staying updated with the latest Oracle offerings and features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant, specifically in Manufacturing modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing modules, including but not limited to:
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Cost Management
• Inventory
• Purchasing
• Strong expertise in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12 and 11i versions is essential.
• Experience in using Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in integration with other modules like Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Knowledge of OTBI reporting and analytical tools.
