Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to collect requirements aimed at improving Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting processes.
  • Manage the functional aspects of Oracle ERP/EPM Integrations.
  • Develop and maintain corporate finance product roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and drive long-term business goals.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Lead a Scrum team of development and QA professionals, applying Agile methodologies to execute product initiatives effectively.
  • Mentor junior product owners on best practices in product design, stakeholder management, and project execution.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, addressing urgent finance close issues with a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, specializing in technology solutions for corporate finance and accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience with administering Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud including, configuration, backend data structures and integration points.
  • Strong understanding of corporate accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with databases and proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong attention to detail in product management processes and deliverables.
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to lead a Scrum team of development and QA professionals to ensure successful execution of product initiatives, with familiarity in Agile methodology and project management concepts.
  • Experience in mentoring junior product owners on best practices in product design and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong sense of urgency, particularly regarding urgent finance close issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $225,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
