About the Role:

As an Oracle Functional expert, you'll implement and optimize key modules and processes, including Procure to Pay, Maintenance, and Reports. You'll collaborate globally to design efficient, compliant financial solutions that align with business objectives. This position is on-site in our office in Arlington, requiring you to work directly with teams and stakeholders in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion.
  • · Gather, map, and document business requirements to Oracle processes, ensuring they meet both operational and global compliance standards.
  • · Lead functional testing, validation, and deployment of custom solutions, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
  • · Provide post-production support for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements of Energix processes in the system.
  • · Conduct Super User training and develop training materials to support the smooth adoption and integration of Oracle Fusion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • · 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation.
  • · Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM with solid knowledge in the Procure to Pay process
  • · Proven ability to analyze business processes, write SQL queries, and conduct data mapping.
  • · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work globally and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
