Description: Note: Must be Fusion certified professional Primary Skill: Manufacturing, WIP, Inventory, ASCP, P2P, Oracle Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing Processes. Secondary Skill: FBDI, ADFbi, Apps composer Required Experience - 12+ Years. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Consultant - Lead to join our team in St. Louis, MO The ideal candidate should be Oracle certified with extensive expertise in discrete manufacturing processes and be ready to travel as required for AMS projects. Should hold more than 5 yrs of extensive support experience in Manufacturing Industry support. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage Oracle AMS projects related to manufacturing processes. 2. Configure and customize Oracle Manufacturing modules to meet client requirements. 3. Provide expertise in discrete manufacturing best practices and solutions. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. 5. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables. 6. Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams. 7. Perform system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting. 8. Ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards. 9. Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality service. 10. Travel to client sites as needed to support project implementation and ongoing support. Additional Requirements: 1. Oracle certification in Manufacturing modules (e.g., Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing). 2. Proven experience as a lead consultant in Oracle AMS projects. 3. Deep knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and industry standards. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. 7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements. 8. Responsibile and accountable for managing Transition Phase & Participating in KT sessions 9. Day-to-Day Support Monitor daily SCM operations Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems Implement updates and patches to maintain system compliance and security Provide end-user support and training Generate and analyze SCM reports for stakeholders Document and streamline SCM processes for efficiency improvements Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage and update financial data and configurations. Collaborate with IT and other departments to address system-related needs. Perform data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
