• Oracle HCM Business Analyst to work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc.).
• Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.
• Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR and enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc.), with a strong understanding of HR processes.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or related HR system certifications are a plus.
