Oracle HCM Solution Architect - Maxonic : Job Details

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect Oracle HCM solutions across modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Recruitment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Implementation Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and product teams to understand needs and recommend optimal solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Provide leadership to the implementation team, conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Data Migration: Supervise data migration, ensuring accuracy and security during legacy-to-HCM transfers.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and security standards.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.
• Training: Deliver training and support for end-users and technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 4+ years as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Recruitment modules.
• 8+ years of overall experience with HCM/HR solutions.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments.
• Knowledge of HCM-related security and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR and Workforce Management solutions.
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI in the HCM space.
