Job Description: •Presales activities: Create quotes for parts & chemicals, stock checks, handle document requests, etc. •Sales order process from start to finish (order entry, confirmations, follow up, expedites, delivery confirmations) •Working on customer portals (Order retrieval, confirmation, quotes, document uploads, etc) •Support end users/reps/branches with all requests via phone, email, portal •Support Sales team (research transaction history, help obtain documents, signatures, approvals, status of orders or escalations) •Work with internal / external parties to accommodate customer requests (pull ins, push outs, cancellations, expedites) Desired qualities / qualifications would be: •Ability to multi-task •Strong communication skills •Comfortable with people of different cultures and backgrounds •Ablilioty to problem solve and offer solutions •Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
